MEDFORD MAIL TRIBUNE. MEDFORD. OREGON, MONDAY, DECEMBER 29, 1941. PAGE THREE FLORA A. ANDREWS CALLED BY DEATH Mrs. Flora A. Andrews of 396 North Holly street, pc3ed away at her home early this morning. Funeral services will be held at Perl funeral home Wednesday at 2 p. m. A complete obituary will be published tomorrow. To Make Future New Years Happy KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT OF COURSE, we wish you a Happy New Year. But hurriedly. We want to get on and propose a New Year's res olution for us all: "Serve in Silence. Don't Reveal Military Information." Don't tell your friends . . your neighbor ... your wife. Don't talk! In this we not only echo the plea of military authorities but speak on a subject Standard knows something about. When warships or merchant ships take on oil, our people often know it. When tanks and trucks and caissons roll, we're sometimes called upon to "get thar fustest" with the fuel. Less obviously, perhaps, but just as surely, you will pick up on your job civilian information with a military bearing. Remember Pearl Harbor and keep it to yourself. May we assure you that every person connected with Standard is pledged all-out to help win this war . . . eyes open . . . chin up . . . and mouth shut! As our own constant reminder we've taken the slogan: "Serve in Silence. Don't Reveal Mili tary Information." If other firms wish to circulate this slogan among their employes, or to post it in plants, they are wel come to do so. Please share it with us and keep mum... keep mum . . . keep mum.
