OP) A re newed demand that Birtain form a second fighmtlng front to aid Russia, with emphasis on the possibilities of Libya, was sounded In parliamentary debate today by Laborlte Eman- juel Shinwell. who has been among the cntics mentioned as a possible recruit for the British cabinet. National prizes of $100, $75, $50 and $25 will be awarded, as well as state prizes of $7.50, $5 and $2.50 and a local prize of $2.50 in defense stamps. ! Paint Daubers Are Nabbed at College Corvallis, Nov. 14. 0T1 Three University of Oregon stu dents pleaded guilty in Justice George Denman's court today to daubing yellow paint on Ore gon State college buildings. Adams, president of truck drivers local 367 (AFL), was convicted today of violat ing the state anti-strike violence law and was sentenced to serve one year in the penitentiary. Adams was accused of curs ing, punching, and threatening a bakery truck driver, Brantlev Finch, during the truck drivers' strike at the San Jacinto ord nance depot.
