Returns Home Miss Dorothy Rogers returned today to her I home, 108 South Holly street, from Sacred Heart hospital where she has been confined for the past three months with a broken back. S. deputy marshal, returned f last night to Medford in Mr. Drager's car from Klamath Falls where they transacted official business. Mr. Drager went to Klamath Falls on September 29. Mr. Hanlin went over yesterday morning. Arrives T. M. Flick of King man, Kas.. arrived by train yes terday for a short visit at the home of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Fir In Store The fire de partment's chemical crew was ft called at 9:25 this morning to put out a blaze on the mezzanine floor of Jarmln's Penney-Wlse drug store, 323 East Main street, but the fire had been put out when the firemen arrived. Some waste material was Ignited by the furnace pipe against which It rested, firemen reported. There was no damage. Son Born Word was received here today of the birth of a son. Fredrick Manville. to Mr. and Mrs. George M. Watson of Boyes Hot Springs, Cal. The baby was born September 30 at Burndal hospital, Sonoma, Cal., and weighed seven pounds and 10 ounces. Mr. Watson, the son of Mrs. Thomas Williams, 116 Chestnut street, is well-known here. He was formerly - em ployed on the Mail Tribune, later Joined the navy and is now O employed in the shipyards at Vallejo, Cal. Plan Passengers Leaving by United Malnliner this forenoon were D. Dearocher and E. Dea rocher, to Los Angeles, and J. Selvage, to San Francisco. O. Farlandson departed for Fargo, N. D., early this morning. Mrs. T. Sammons arrived last night from Oakland, Cal.
