As a result the of ficers and judge are powerless to exact a Just penalty due to public criticism and still at the same time they ask the question, "why is not something done?" The way to stop this traffic s'aughter and disobedience of traffic rules is to let the officers really crack down and have the public stand back of them. There were several of us at the meeting that did not like the smoking; but did that deter them from smoking?
