The Boy Scout camp at Lake ' Woods will be cloned for the season next Sunday, according to Frank Rogers, Scout camping chairman. The camp, operated by the Crater Lake Boy Scout council, a Medford Community Chest agency, is finishing Its greatest year of use In the his tory of the camp. . "Camp was opened June 22 and has been in continuous operation since," Rogers said to day. A report from the local Scout office shows that over 750 different campers have enjoyed the facilities of Camp McLough lin as maintained by the Boy Scout council. The camp was used successively by the South ern Oregon Church conference, the Boy Scouts of America, the Salvation army, the Girl Scouts, the Campfire Girls, and the Med 4nrA Hloh fnnthnll enuad. Prob ably 1,600 children and adults attended or visited the camp this summer. A crew of 19 men under direc tion of Frank Rogers and Larry Schade, Boy Scout president, are making the trek to camp this week-end to do the work neces sary to close the plant and care for the equipment.
