Sept 11 WV The agriculture department to day estimated the corn crop at 2,523,964,000 buiheu ana loiui' wheat production (winter andi apring wheat combined) at 957,-1 663,000 bushels. j The corn crop was forecast a month ago at 2,587,574.000 bushels. Production was 2,449, 307,432 bushels. Far Ore Arerage The combined winter and spring wheat crop was forecast t 95u.953.000 bushels a month ago. The crop last year was1 816,698,000 busnels and the ten year average production, 747, 607,000 busnels. Winter wneat production this, year, the preliminary estimate hows, was 664,966,000 bushels, compared with 589.151,000 last! year and 069,417,000 the ten-, year average. The yield was 17.0 bushels an acre, compared with 16.3 last year and 14.4, the ten-year average.
