To Bolsa Miss Betty Blaine, physical education teacher at senior high school, left Thursday for Boise, Idaho, where she will spend the summer. Improving J. C. Cook, 805 West Second street, who has been receiving medical treat ment at Sacred Heart hospital for several weeks, is reported to be improving. Guests at Circus Thirty car rier boys for the Mail Tribune were guests of the Mighty Amer ican circus at Central Point last evening. They enjoyed rides on the concessions and attended the 9 o'clock showing of the circus. Minor Aecldtnt John C. Hs?y of 201 North Riverside avenue and John Blair of route 2 drove cars involved in a slight mishap on the Pacifio. highway just north of Medford this morn ing, according to a report on file. Drunks Arrested R. W. (Goldie) Walker. 55; John En right, 43, and Louis Kord, 63, all were arrested by city police Thursday night and lodged in city Jail on charges of drunk enness. Ford was taken off a northbound Greyhound stage, his destination being Roseburg. Attends Graduation Miss Mary Wilcox, student at Maryl hurst college at Portland, arriv ed in Medford Thursday morn ing to attend graduation exer cises at St. Mary's academy last evening. She is visiting her par ents. Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Wilcox, route 2, box 335. Accepts Position Miss Jeanne Rolfe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Verne Rolfe, 1208 East Main street, has accepted a position in the Seattle public school sys tem. Miss Rolfe will graduate from the Eastern College of Edu cation at Cheney, Wash., in Au gust. Arrlv-Mr. and Mrs. F. P. Hel fenstein of Pekin, 111., arrived on the noon train Thursday. They left for the Applegate, where they will be guests for an in definite period at the home of their son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Haskins. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Louis Richardson of Larned. Kans.. are visiting for a week with Mrs. j Richardson's father, Clarence 1 Eads, 128 South Holly street,' and Mr. Richardson's mother, Mrs. Bel Richardson, 33 North Peach street. Miller of 1025 West 10th street was cited by city police Thursday afternoon to appear In city court Saturday morning on a charge of reckless driving. Miller was ar rested at Stevens and Saling streets. G. O. Bailey of Grants Pass was cited to appear in city court the afternoon of June 3, charged with violation of the basic traffic rule. Bailey was arrested on East Main street early this morning. Four Generations Mr. and Mrs. Verne Rolfe, 1208 EastJ Mam street, leit yesterday for Inglewood, Cal., where they will visit their son-in-law and daugh ter. Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Siegrist and young grandson, Clinton Rolfe Siegrist. Mr. Rolfe's par ents are also guests at the Sie grist home, making four genera tions present at one time. Mr. Rolfa is assistant manager of the First National bank in this city. Added Shows Await Local Cinema Fans Todav belnff a hnllriav h Craterian and Rialto Theatres are having two complete shows in the matinee and the regular two full shows for the evening. Doors open at 1:45 for matinee and 6:45 for night shows. At the Craterian Theatre complete shows this afternoon will be at 2:00 and 4:00; in the evening at 7:00 and 9:15. At the Rialto Theatre, mat inee shows will be at 2:00 and 3:00, with evening shows at 7:00 and 9:30. The Roxy Theatre will not have matinee shows today, but will have two complete shows this evening at 7:00 and 9:15. MISSIONARY PROGRAM EAGLE PT. TABERNACLE Eagle Point, May 30. (Spl) The missionary program an nounced for last Sunday was postponed to this coming Sun day at 8 p. m. at the Highway tabernacle. An exercise by the children entitled "Beams From the Lighthouse," will be follow, ed by a short message on "The Missionary Enterprise in Man choukuo." There also will be songs and specials by the orch estra. At 11 a. m., Rev. M. R. Brunswick, pastor, will give a second message on "The Life of Moses."
