Rogue River Vegetables Displayed
tic-: f
A typical display of garden-fresh vegetables being featured prominently by merchants In Med
ford. Garden-fresh vegetables, as wall as other salad Items, are receiving top billing with local mer
chants in connection with the local salad celebrity week.
Most vegetables are now in season, and since the surrounding country produces a great number
of these items, much interest is being displayed in this merchandising activity. The grocer's effort
is built around salads as the easiest and most appetising method of utilising garden-fresh foods on
summer menus.
