No Change There has been no change in the standard for acceptance of men for enlist ment in the U. S. navy, E. A. Roesel, recruiter here, was In formed today in statement from Lieut.-Com. L. B. Stuart. in charge of the Portland re cruiting district. Inquiries. Stuart said, had been received regarding enlistment of men with prison or Juvenile police records, and in reply he quoted Secretary of the Navy Frank Knox: "In order that the ef ficiency of the navy may be un impaired.
