He returned to his camp today. Picnic-Swim Intermediates of the First Christian church Sunday school wi'l hold a swimming party at Twin Plunges in Ashland tomorrow. All attending will assemble at the church at 4 p. m. Each person is asked to bring a bag lunch and a cup. The spon sors will provide punth. The picnic lunch will be served after swimming has been en joyed. The Leonards are former Medford residents. Mother Diet Word was re ceived here today of the death last Tuesday of M. Hanna L. White Young at the old family home near Boston. Mrs. Young was the mother of Harry .: Young of 311 South Oakdale avenue. She died a few days after Mr, Young reached her side. She had lived in the same house for 60 years. She was active in the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Order of Eastern Star, having served as secrrtary in the East ern Star for 25 years, a posi tion she resigned Just a short time ago. Mrs. Your.g was direct descendant of the Thomas Whites of the Mayflower. Sur vivors are her son and five grandchildren, all of Medford. Plana Passengers H. Eaglet Picnic Medford aerie end auxiliary will oe hosts at a large Fraternal Order of Eaglet picnic at Helman's in Ashland this Sunday. Eagles are to attend from the aeries and auxiliaries of Grants Pass. Klamath Falls and Yreka, Cal.
