as result of cap-sizing of an
army truck 20 miles north of

(JP) Three game wardens and
a fish buyer lay dead in this
little southern Minnesota town
today, victims of a triple slay
ing and a suicide which stem
med, officers believed, from il
legal sale of bullheads.
The wardens were shot to
death yesterday as they ques
tioned Bryant Baimgartner,
about 60, as to whether he had
a license to buy and ship bull
heads to Iowa. Immediately af
ter the triple-slaying Baum
gartner turned his 12-gauge
shotgun on himself.
The victims, besides Baum-
gartner, . were D. M. Brady.
