WP) Mrs, Antonina Riasanovsky of Eu gene, Ore., mother of two young sons, won the 1940 Atlantic novel prize of 110,000 today with her novel "The Family," a itory from her own life, the tale of an exiled White Russian family let against the back ground of Tientsin, China. It was her first novel and will be brought out by Little, Brown & company next Septem ber under the pen name "Nina Fedorova." The $10,000 prize Is offered Jointly by the Atlantic Monthly Press and Little, Brown & com pany, half the amount awarded as an outright prize and the other half paid at the same time on advance of royalties.
