Graduates Feted At Banquet Event Golden Link Bible class of the First Baptist church entertained members of the church who graduate this year with ban quet at the Holland Hotel Coffee Shop, Thursday at 6:30 p. m. Graduates present were: Bob Raymond, Oleta Webber. Fern Tye, Charles Boyden, Dorothy Ham, Bob Bryant, Jo Anne Vro man, Harry Thurman, Dorothy Wilder and Alpha Whlllock. Other guests included: Met dames L. J. Knox, Lyle Thur man, A. J. Andorson, Edith Whillock, Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Beach and Rev. Wolford Dawea. Rev. Dawes gave an interest ing address of welcome and con gratulations. Responses by the graduates were both humorous and sedate. The table was decorated with lovely garden flowers and yel low candles. Lunch Enjoyed By M. E. Group The Mothers' and Daughters' Luncheon tponsored by the Loyalty Circle of the M. E. church, was held recently in the church parlors. After the luncheon the following program was presented by Mrs. E. A Faber: A community sing, led by Mrs. Elsie C. Strang: "Hear Mother's Prayer", by Mrs. Elsie C. Strang; "Ode to Music", a reading by Lois Young: 'Im promptu in C minor" by Rein hold and "General Larine" by Debassy, piano selections by Helen Young: "Mother of Mine" and "My Mother's Prayers", songs by Mrs. John Haber. Mrs. C. W. Igo was presented with a lovely corsage, as be ing tha mother with th most daughters. Mrs. E. A.
