of the passing of our beloved
neighbor Charlie Howell. All

baby daughter, Charlotte Faye.

iness meeting, singing of Christ
mas carols and a Christmas tree
exchange was enjoyed by all
present. Visitors were Mrs. Hen
ry llukill and Mrs. Miller's sis
ter from Central Point.

authorities today announced air
mail service to South America
would be continued regularly
despite the plane crash in which
seven persons were killed Sun
day during an Inaugural flight.
The plane, carrying the first
load of air mall from South
America, crashed near Mogador,
French Morocco. Authorities
said Pilot Antonio Rapp appar
ently had tried to fly through
a storm rather than delay the
first trip of the new service).
In addition to the plane'a
crew of four, one Italian and
two Brazilian newspaperman
were killed.
