Popcorn and candy will be sold by the Home Economics committee. Central Point Grange Central Point Grange will hold next regular meeting Nov. 17. Thanksgiving will be theme of lecture hour. The pantomime which the Y. G. A. gave at their last meeting will be presented, as well as a few short recrea tion numbers. On November 30 grange will hold its annual dinner dance. The puppet play given by the children at the school house Hal lawe'en evenlna was verv successful The children, with the help of their teacher, Mrs. Wise, spent a great deal of time on the puppet-, which were well made. There was a good attendance and refreshments were served grown-ups, while the children had a welner roast and marshmal lows. Mrs. H. W. Wright and Mrs. True blood went to Medford Tuesday to receive leader training for the study club held at Mrs. Wright's home last Friday. The subject was: obedience, authority, discipline and freedom. San Francisco, Nov, 15 (U.R) State narcotics agents Tuesday raided a downtown apartment, arrested two men and a woman after a brief struggle and con fiscated a quantity of narcotics. Under arrest were Victor Co- zettl, 33; Jack Creighton, 35; and Shirley Cozettl, 26. Cozettl and Creighton battled with the agents before surrendering. Agent Paul Madden said Cozettl destroyed nearly $1000 worth of morphine In a bathroom basin before he was taken into cus tody.
