After Rush punted out. the Tigers came right back to reach the 22-yard line as Newland re turned the kick 12 yards and Orr broke loose for 10 around the Klamath ri.iht end. How ever, three pas.es were incom plete and Klamath took the ball on clowns on their own 26 when another pass lost four yards. With two minutes to play the Pelicans launched their final desperate scoring drive. Love Rush and Lowe moved the ball to the Medford 27-yard strir-e but Piche intercepted a Lowe serial shot on his own 15-yard line to halt the attack.
