The deposit must be In the form or a eertinea check on a solvent National Bank and In favor of the Chief Forester of the O. and C. Administration. The amount of the deposit will be com puted at the rate of at least 20 per cent of the first "looo of any esti mated stumpage value: at least 10 per cent of the next (0,000 of anv estimated Btumpage value and at least S per cent of any additional estimated stumpage value in excess of tlO.000 and up to 25.000 in amount.
