today of the death of B, P. Nelll
yesterday at the Veterans hospital
In Sawtelle, Cal. With Mrs. Nelll,
Mr. Nelll resided In Red Wing. Minn.
The couple recently spent two weeks
here visiting Mr. and Mrs. Clement.
Mr.jClement and Mr. Nelll were long
time friends, having been comrades
In the Spanish-American war In the
Philippines. Mr. NelU's body was to
be taken back to Red Wing for burial.

disgruntled patient, seeking "re
venge," today shot and killed a phy
sician and wounded an associate who

McQualde said the' patient, whom
he identified as Mike Koskl, 46, went
to the physician's office to kill Jos
eph Cerra, but only wounded him
and fatally shot Dr. F. G. Leslie.
McQualde said Koskl claimed Cerra
had recently discharged him as cured
after treating him for a venereal dis
ease and charging $1,500 In fees.
