For years the league has been ad vocating a division of the gasoline and motor vehlole revenues so that cities would be enabled to maintain. repair and reconstruct their streets -without becoming submerged In debt. The league propeses to go before the state legislature In January and seek legislation authorlzlne the return to the clttea of a small share of the revenues of the highway commission.
