Al though they have been scored on this campaign, few of their victories were y extremely narrow margins, and they are again champions of their conference. We under stand that In one of their two games with Yreka this year, several near riots occured when Weed play ore forgot their manners to the ex tent of doubling up their fists and pretending they were In a boxing ring. At other times, so the story Rocs, the Cougars passed away the ovcnlng by barely staying within the borderline separating vicious but legitimate football from Illegal and downright dirty football. (For example, the Med ford, Eureka, Klamath Palls trl angle) Medford won't beat Weed by 26 points; as a matter of fact litany persons close to the football situation hereabouts have their doubts whether Medford will even heat Weed. Personally, our opinion of the game is that the Black Tor, nado will manage to scratch out a narrow victory, by a touchdown or maybe by one point, but as' tor that 26-polnt "dope" It Just doesn't stand to reason. Unless, of course, the Cougars come here with their hack field on crutches, and their line paralyzed from the waist down.
