He said he would leave town. Manke Home Claude Manke, aon of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Manke of Route 1, returned to hla home here recently after four years of service In the XL S. navy. The past two years he served as a yoeman on the air plana tender Ovocette and was sta tioned In Samoa and Honolulu. Charged with larceny from a store, Homor Williams, 46.- an Itinerant negro, waa given until 0:30 tomorrow morning to plead. He told the court he would plead guilty to a charge of petty larceny, which Is a misde meanor, Larceny from a store la a felony. Williams Is sccused of stealing two women's slips valued at 1158 from Montgomery WanTs Saturday. He waa arrested" later on the street by city police when he assertedly waa trying to sell the goods. Passing of sentence was deferred In the case of Thomas w. Watson who waa charged by his wife with being disorderly In their home on McAn drewa road yesterday.
