Wall St. Report NEW YORK, June 28. Stocks Joggled over an Irregular terrain in today's market. Selected specialties managed to work higher by a point or so, and a few were up more, but minor de clines were plentiful at the close. Dealing dragged in comparison with the speedy performance of laat week. At that, periods of activity generally found leaders pushing upward. Trans fers were around 12,000,000 shares. Sentiment was chilled a bit by action of Santa Fe directors In again deferring consideration of Interest on the company's 4 per cent adjust ment bonds and omitting the semi annual dividend on the preferred due at this time. Both the common and preferred Issues took a downward course after holding fairly well for a time after the directors had voted. The bonds In question were resistant.
