Three dormitories and 30 or more fraternities and sororities will be used this year to house the club boys and girls, with the younger members living In the dormitories. Attendance Is limited to club mem- . bere of 13 and under 31 years of age whose 4-H projects are In good standing. The program this year will fellow the usual plan of class work In the mornings, assembly and recreation In the afternoons, and parties, movlei and other entertainment In the even- Inge. From 70 to 100 classes will be running each morning during the two weeks' session, with some 76 or more Oregon State college faculty members as Instructors. Many new eourees are being offered thle year. The club members at summer school have a self-government plan, by which groups of older boys and girls are chosen as officers and exec utive committee members to see that all goes well In the O. S. WASHINGTON, June 3. (AP) The treasury entered the last month of the flscsl year with a deficit of 11,470.873,054, a treasury statement showed today. The fiscal year ends June 30. The eleven months excess of ex penditures over receipts was close to the 1, 544.000.000 deficit predicted for the year In President Roosevelt's January budget message and his sub sequent request for an additional $350,000,000 of relief funds. In the first eleven months of the preceding fiscal year the deficit was 3,877,304, 010. Prom July 1, 1037, to May 1, 1038, the treasury had an Income of 15, 467,713,280 and expenditures of .- 038.386,305. In the corresponding period of the previous year, receipts amounted to 4,428,140,342 and ex penditures 88.808,404,381.
