Major Stafford returned recently from a tour of duty In Hawaii a no assumed command of the Reddmp district. When that dlatrtct waa dis banded, he waa assigned to tne Medford district, giving this head quarter! three regular army otli- cere. Major Stafford will remain In the Medford district for the next sev eral months aa he does not report at Port Leavenworth until August. It la probable he will use up a good deal of hla leave time, now ever. In order to enjoy the hunting and fishing In this area. Major and Mrs. Stafford, and their son Bruce, are now living at IB Geneva street.
