Cininje Meet Off Regular Decem
ber 2 business meeting of the Talent
Orange will be omitted because of
the bazaar and turkey dinner sched

afternoon. The turkey dinner will be
held In the same place from 6 to 8.

Small Blaze Negligible damage
waa done by fire this morning at the
residence being built on West Main
street near Peach street by Oris Craw
ford, aalstant manager of the First
National bank. Cause waa attributed
by Chief Roy Elliott to a short cir
cuit in an electric wire conduit lead
ing Into the house under the rear
porch. A few feet of siding were
burned, the chief reported, the fire
men cutting the wires to end the
short, circuit. Carpenters at work
on the house reported the blaze, the
firemen answering a ward alarm at
10:15.
