Crater Lake Area Council of Boy Scouts of America ataged Its huge counctl-wlds rally, with northern California troopa walking off with the majority of honors, out of a total of 11 events. Troop 32 of Weed In South Siskiyou aistrict won four places. Troop 38 of Hornbrook was second with two first awards. The rally climaxed a series of dis trict rallies, and was the largest dem onstration of scouting ever witnessed here. All events were conducted In heats, with the winners of the pre vious district rallies meeting the los ers. Beautiful prizes were awarded the victorious troopa, and It was pointed out that prizes were given to me troop and not to a single lndl- dividual.
