The father, driving, was not affected by exhaust gas from the motor, which had rolled Into the car but his wife and one child had lost consciousness. Two other children were made ill. Hll mother, Mrs. Charles Blge low, who has watched him grow from the films' number one baby to ft young man who's beginning to think about golmt to dance, still accompanies him to work. When he blows up In his lines she urges him to "concentrate." and when he's busy concentrating she admits that she Is perhaps the first mother ever glad to see her baby grow up. "I believe that right now, when he's half way between boy and msn that he Is more Interesting to me than he ever has been before," she says. She recalls his early pictures and his personal appearance tours and confesses that during the last few years of his screen childhood she had to peroxide his hair to keep it the same tow color the fans expected. (AP) A five-point program to guide Roman Catholic missionaries In their struggle against communism was laid down today by Monslgnor Celso Costantlnl, Cornier apostolic delegate to China and now secretary of the congregation for the propagation of the faith. Monslgnor Costantlnl addressing a large audience at the Pontifical Oregorian university, asserted that bolshevlsm "will kill Itself with its own Inhuman excesses." The prelate, who Is archbishop of Teodosla, outlined the church's five points for crushing bolshevism as follows: 1. A revival of the Christian sense of life among the faithful. 3. Instruction to the masses In "word, print and school." 3. Dynamic action to missionary action among non -Christians. 4.
