The answer also sets forth a num ber of alleged acts of Burkhsrt, which caused them to consult county of ficials, otter which they signed an Insanity complaint, exhibit A In the esse. The Insanity complaint was sign ed by all of the defendants with the exception of Jay R. Williams, and his wife. Burkhart was freed at the hearing. Sarah A. Llndley was born Dee. 4, 1845. She came to Medford from Bel Ungham, Wn.. about 40 years ago with her family and remained here until seven years ago when she mov ed to Klamath Fella to live wltb her son snd his family. George R.
