(UP) The California Brewers' Institute and Allied Midwest Breweries late today wo nthe first round of their beer battle with Dave Beck, Seattle, and other officials of vne teamsters' un ion, when they were awarded con tinuance of a temporary Injunction restraining the teamsters from refus ing to handle their brew. Immediately after the Injunction waa decreed, Robert Ma gut re, brew ers' attorney, announced he would seek contempt citations for members of the teamsters' union who con tinued to boycott "Red-Label" beer. 1 The beer In question la the pro duct of California and eastern brew eries, brewed by members of the brewery workers' union, with whom the teamsters have long disputed control over beer truck drivers.
