(JPj The new government of Camilla Chau temps, struggling to aave France's financial structure, won a vot of confidence today from the chamber of deputies 393 to 142. Chautemps won the vote on hla demond that chamber questioning of the government be postponed until hla urgent demand for sweeping fin ancial powers la disposed of. This demand will be voted on later. He Is asking for the "necessary power" to reestablish Prance's fiscal structure on a firm basis and restore tbe country's confidence In Itself by ending speculation abuses conserv ing gold reserves, balancing the bud get, watching over prices and "reviv ing national economy." Th vote came amid talk of new franc devaluation, with the country temporarily and technically off the gold standard. Chau temps demanded the prelimin ary confidence vote after some op position had developed to his request that questioning be put off. Contract for dismantling of the towers has been let by the 9th corps signal office at the San Francisco Presidio to the Trowbridge fc Plynn Electric Co. The towers will be shipped to Fort Winfleld Scott for erection on the San Francisco waterfront as part of another army radio station of a dif ferent type from the new one to be built here, the Mail Tribune waa In formed.
