later returning to make their home

taffeta and a corsage of orange blos
soms and pink rosebuds, the blos
soms being repeated In a circlet worn
on her head. The maid of honor was
gowned In yellow taffeta with a
matching rosebud corsage and the
Junior maid wore pink taffeta with
pink rosebuds. Delphiniums, Cecil
Brunner roses and columbine decor
ated the rooms.
A wedding dinner followed the
ceremony, with, a three-tiered wed
ding cake centering the table.

13 Children Hurt

Thirteen children were Injured, one
critically, last night when the center
pole of a carnival riding device known
as a "merry mtxup" collapsed and
hurled them to the ground. .
Tha children were riding In Indivi
dual chairs suspended by chains from
the pole. While the chairs were re
volving the support gave way. The
children fell screaming.
Elna Pecora, 14, waa the most seri
ously hurt. She suffered a broken

Sale Of St Marys

A bondholders' protective committee
today postponed until July 33 the
forasclosure sale of the property of
St. Mary's college, famed for Its foot
ball teams.
. The sale was scheduled for tomor
row. F. 7. Janney, chairman of the
bondholders' committee, announced
the postponement.
An effort Is now under way to raise
funds to repurchase the property
when It comes up for sale, William J.
Fitzgerald, attorney for the college
board -of trustees, said.
