WHEREAS, the Council of said City has, in my presence, on the 10th day of June, 1637, duly canvassed the returns oi aaia election ana. it has been determined thereby that the total number of votes caat In favor of the first of said Charter Amend ments above referred to was 420, and that the total number of votes cast against the same was 204; that the total number of votes cast In favor of the second of said Charter Amend ments above referred to was 424 and that the total number of votes cast against the same was 300; and it further appearing that each of said charter amendments received an affirmative majority of all the vote cast thereon respectively In as Id lection; NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of Medford.
