The following bulletin was Issued today by the Rogue river national forest service: "It Is estimated that the number of visitors on the Rogue river nation al forest this year increased approxi mately 60 percent over that of last year. To meet this growing demand for recreational facilities, the energies oi a large portion of the South Fork and Applegate CCC camps as well a the E. R. A. camp have been devoted to this work. "These projects consist of planting fish, cleaning up camp grounds to reduce fire hazard, construction of rustic stone camp stoves and rustic lug tables, sanitation conveniences, boat docks, Hosts, swimming pools, bath houses, water systems, camp ground roada and community kitchen or picnic centers. "At Lake of the Woods the Aspen Point campground now contains 31 individual camps, eaoh having run ning water, atone camp stova. log table and a tent site. In this same area to the willow Springs camp ground were added aeven new Indi vidual camps. Near the Lake 5f the Woods resort have been constructed a new boat dock with two floata and a camp with a double atove and 12 tables for the larger plcnlce. "At Fish lake the same type of community kitchen with a fire-place and tables have been constructed as well as eight Individual camps. At Union creek 29 new Individual camps were added to the already existing community kitchen. At the McKee bridge on the Applegate a swimming pool, bath house, six stoves and 14 tables have been constructed. At Sulphur Springs up the Beaver road a swimming pool and five camp stoves and ten tables have been built. "At Wrangle Gap on the Siskiyou loop drive a community kitchen with a fire place, two atoves and two Individual camps havo been con structed. At the Cook and Green camp three stoves and six tables have been built. At the Trail camp on the Siskiyou loop drive a novice ski run, a toboggan run, three professional ski runs and a shelter with noves have been provided for winter sports. "In addition to this the Deal In dian Soda Springs camp with the community kitchen, tables and Indi vidual camp was completed laat spring.
