QUIETLY CORRALLED WHEN RANCH VISITED Seven of the highly publicized wild horses of the Apple gate, were cor ralled the' past -week, without the hurrahs and tumult of a holiday crowd, Forest Ranger Lee Port re ported today. This makes a total of twelve outlaw nags, that hftve been captured. The seven rounded -up animals strolled down a country lane, flanked on both sides by barbwlre fences and were sighted by ranchmen. A hurried call for cowboys was made and the band was driven down the lane Into a corral and the gate locked. They are being held on the Charles Dun ford ranch, awaiting claiming by owners. If any, before disposition as provided by lsw. Port says the seven horses are not very good specimens, and evidently wandered down from the hills for a meal of alfalfa. The forest ranger said another round-up of the wild horses would be held shortly, but the time was being kept secret. ' In the round-up held March 15, a crowd of 1600 gathered at the corral, and when the wild horses headed for the corral, they were frightened by the attendant hubbub and bolted. EL Meet the "Battling Milkman," oth erwlse known as Harold Lloyd, whose latest fun epic, "The Milky Way" comes to the Craterlan theatre to morrow, with Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse cartoon In color, "Mickey's Grand Opera' on tbe same program. Aald to be one of the funniest com edies ever produced, ranking high with Lloyd's own "Orandma's Boy" and ".Safety Last. "The Milky Way' shows the bespectacled comedian as a timid milkman, always willing to mind hie own business and keep out of trouble. But Fate decrees other wise snd. In an effort to help his sis ter from the unwelcome advances of a couple of roughs, the- milkman gets credit for knocking out the two who actually connect with each other's chins. From then on, .nth publicity running wild over the fact that one of the roughs was the Champ, and the timid milkman being signed as a contender for the title, the fun really gets started, and doesn't let up until Harold actually wins the big fight by ducking.
