(AP) Governor Martin tcday revoked the condi tional pardon of Reuben A. Kimball and ordered his return to the state penitentiary to complete a 10-year sentence. KJmball was sentenced to that term from Multnomah county March 4, 1929, on a conviction for assault and robbery with a dangeroua wea pon. He was granted a conditional pardon June 16. 1933, by Governor Meter. His pardon waa revoked for violation of the terms of hla re lease, The governor alao revoked the con ditional pardon of Hammond Bailey of Klamath county for the same reason. He was received at the Peni tentiary June 14, 1933, to serve five years for robbery by force. Ha re ceived a conditional pardon June 4, 1934. MoMINNVILLE, Ore., Jan. 18. George Dorman, who has been quite 111, is slowly Improving, but Is still under the doctor's care. Mrs. Melvln Sargent was pleasantly surprised on her birthday, January S, when a few of her friends came In to help her celebrate the occasion. Eldred Charley waa obligated tn the first and second degrees, by County Deputy Nealon, and declared a mem ber of Lake Creek Orange, It waa announced that the county club leader expects to hold meeting to discuss club work soon, exact date to bo announced later. Claua Charley gave an Interesting legislative committee report, touching on the bills to be voted on at the special election. Leoturer Mable Brown announced that the home economic committee la planning a play, to be given at some future date.
