Dissolve one tablespoon of gelatin in yi oup of milk; bring to a boil 3-4 oup of Ohoco
late in , cup of milk ; beat yolks of three eggs with V, oup sugar. Stir gelatin-milk
in hot chocolnte until melted; add beaten yolks; bring to a boil but do not boil.
When cool fold in the beaten egg whites and add vanilla to flavor. Place in refrig
erator to set and serve with whipped cream. This recipe makes seven portions. Please
note yolks should be poured in slowly, boating constantly.
