Premier Laval, one of the member! of the committee, told the Associated Press following a meeting of the body: "It cannot be said w have fin lahed our report." Immediately aflword. the com mittee went Into a private session to discuss financial and economic quea tlona concerned with the Italo-Ethl-oplan situation. Another committee meeting will be held tomorrow, at which time It was said a definite report will be drafted. An authority atated the committee la convinced thle report will be re jected by Italy. (AP) Emperor Halle Selassie told the As aodated Press today that If the League of Nations recommends a tri partite protectorate of Ethiopia he will reject the suggestion outright. "As a member of the League of Nations." said the emperor. "Ethiopia will never permit another member or other members to dominate her. whether In the form of a protectorate, a mandate, or any other guiae. The emperor decided today to poat pone general mobilisation of Ethi opian troops until the League of Na tlona has exhausted all It efforts for peace. The Ethiopian delegation at Oeneva strongly aupported the deci sion. The delegates Informed the emperor that If Mussolini refuses to accept any of the proposed solutions of the Italo-Eehlopaln conflict, the league powers will apply sanctions, with France participating. Despite increasing danger of war, most Americans remained In Ethiopia today, only & few wives and children of missionaries having departed. Rew Meat to Troops Emperor Halle Eelassie announced he would give a banquet at the Im perial palace Thursday In honor of correspondents and cameramen, near ly 100 Qf whom are now here. The emperor gave a special ban quet of raw meat In the Imperial palace to 8000 troops In honor of their Imminent departure for the frontiers. The banquet lasted six hours and the warriors were fed In relays of 3000 each. Hallie Selassie's soldiers aat on the floors, with low wooden tables be fore them, laden with steak's which they washed down with copious drafts of tej. Each warrior emptied a bull's horn holding a half gallon of the wild honey beverage.
