pany In southwest Clatsop county,
was killed yesterday when a logging
locomotive on which he was riding
crashed 30 feet through a trestle. The

land was arraigned yesterday and
hearing set for August 8.
A sanity complaint against the girl
was signed yesterday by her mother.
Mrs. Elizabeth Shortrldge. The girl
said she was normal, but had been
111 several years until a recent opera
tion. The alienists "found her sane.

graphs of my throat so he can see

screen In the country and In 68 for
eign lands.
The Oregon Apple Knocker, as pinto
la known to hla radio and stage audi
ences, praise. Walt Disney as an In

six-reel feature, all In technicolor, the
first animated cartoon ever mode In
whloh each character has a distinc
tive personality.
