Phone 873 American Laundry All Medford Churches Extend to Everyone A Cordial Invitation To J MOTHER! Let Her Be YOUR Inspiration to Go to Church Sunday THERE is no mpre heroic, and at the same time tragic figure, than that of a mother whose son is on the battlefield. Her smooth br0w furrowed by the fearful dread that she may never see that son again has formed the inspiration for countless stirring pictures. Yet there has been a period in this country very much akin to a great war, and although her position has in some instances been a tragic one, every mother has kept smiling, brave and true, unflagging in her ability to encourage. That war has been the battlo of deprwion. She is deserving of every possible censideration. She above all people does not evaluate a gift in dollars and cents. At her age, after her ex periences, her hardships, her sacrifice, all she receives resolves itself as an expression of senti ment. Let us bring joy to the mother who is living or pay tribute to the mother who is gone by expressing YOUR love and devotion through attending HER church . . .
