The money was turned over to Hittson by the First National bank and not deposited, an official of the bank testified. It was brought out also that Hittson had a safety deposit box In the bank, contents unknown. The plaintiffs allege that Hittson surreptitiously removed" the gold from the Ruby mine group of claims. WASHINGTON PIONEER PASSES IN OLD HOME TACOMA, Wash., March 1. (API- John J. Hubbard died today In the home two miles north of Rainier where he wa born 60 years ago. H was a son of on of the first families to settle In the Ralntr section snd he spent his life on th old Hubbard homestead.
