Sloruh Bedside Mr. and Mrs. Mercler of Los Angeles arrived in Med ford the latter part of the week, to be at the bedside of James Slorah, who is critically ill at the Sacred Heart hospital here. On Buying Trip Mrs. Adrlenne Steward and Mrs. Margaret La Polnte left Saturday night for Los Angeles where 'they will buy spring . and summer apparel for their dress shops. Mitchell of Grants Pass was In Med ford briefly Saturday morning en route by train to Ashland, where he will conduct services at the Episcopal church today. He stated that he will leave Monday for Portland, to spend four or five days attending an Epis copal convocation. Rev. e. S. McReyn olds of the Rogue River national for est offices, was at work Saturday at the new warehouse on Mc Andrews road setting up some radio equip ment which may be put into perma nent use at the warehouse if it proves satisfactory.
