ed by the members, with the hope of
bringing a little more happiness to
some children's hearts.

At the regular meeting Wednesday
of the auxiliary to the Jackson Coun
ty Medical society held at the home
of Mrs. Charles Tt Sweeney, Mrs. Gor
don McCracken of Ashland was elect,
ed president for the new term. Mrs.
McCracken succeeds Mrs. R. .
Stearns.
Other officers elected were Mrs.
Dwlght H. Flndley, vice-president,
and Mrs. Harvey Woods, secretary
treasurer. The election of officers followed a
routine business session, and after
wards a program waa presented and
refreshments were served. Two piano
numbers were played by Miss Imogtrn
Wallace and Mrs. Jamea C. Hayea of
fered vocal selections.
