Funeral In Washington The fu neral and cremation of the late John W. Curry, who died In Washington, D. C., will take place In that city Friday, November 2, it was learned here today. Branches Braided A number of willow branches, which had grown tightly together. In a braid, were brought Into the Chamber of Com merce this week. The branch Is on display there. Grange Meets Friday Roxy Ann Grange will hold Its regular meeting at the school house, November 2. Thf new hall will be ready for use No vember 16. at which time election of officers will be held. He Is to be transferred to Camp South Fork of the Rogue, according to announce ment at headquarters today. Leave for Camp Captain Luther Morgan and Lieutenant Elmer Clon inger of Camp Steamboat, In Douglas county, left this forenoon for camp. Capt. Morgan Is to take command of the camp and Lieutenant Cloninger has been in Medford on business at the CCC district headquarter. Return from Gasquet Air. and Mrs. Henry Petri, who spent -yesterday at Camp Gaaquet, near Crescent city, returned to Medford last eveninj. They reported numerous boulders on the highway from a storm In that section, and said several road crews were busy clearing the highway. Goes North J. K. Robin son, associate engineer for the na tional park service, left for Yreka last night on a business trip. Cited to Appear Clifford Lutlier Robinson, 25, of Grants Pass Is cited to appear In justice court at 2 p. m Saturday. November 3, charged with having no clearance lights on a truck Robinson was arrested last night on the south Pacific highway by stitc police. Gates was arrested last night on the streets by city police. The 10 days' Jail sen tence read to Denny Wood of this city was also suspended In city court, Wood having been arrested last nlht by city police, on charges of disorder ly conduct.
