(AP) Stanley MacDonald, handwriting ex pert of the sheriff's office, has ex pressed the opinion one person wrote all 30 signatures on one of the Mayor Joseph Carson recall petitions. Ray Watklns, deputy city auditor, said the girl who checked the peti tions found that none of the 20 per sons listed on the sheet Is a regis tered voter. The entire sheet was thrown out and called to the attention of Ols trlct Attorney Lotus Langley. Watklns announced that 30.369 names have been filed. They were running 80 per cent good up until the last 3600 which dropped to 06 per cent good, he said. Bona fide signatures of 37.007 are required to put the recall on the bal lot. Filing must be completed by Saturday night. three special musical numbers and short message by W. R. Balrd. Fol lowing this a picture will be taken of the class. (P) A deficit of 3,000,000 tons of feed grains in the total necessary to maintain t basic livestock numbers In the United States through the winter was report ed 'today from the bureau of agrlcul ' tural economics. The combined number of livestock and poultry was estimated at 113. 440.000, with a net supply of grain for feeding purposes of 60.600,000 tons.
