ed today In a personal platform on
which he will base his campaign for
re-election that a "genuine political
realignment la necessary for the pres
ervation of American democracy and

new progressive party of Wisconsin

On Wednesday night et the Central
Point Orange hall a considerable
number of Interested Grangers gath
ered. After a few disinterested par
ti Pa were excused, the meeting was
opened with Arnold Bohnert of Cen
tral Point In the chair. After con
siderable discussion of the project
the delegates from each Orange
group of members gave their reports
and It was found that the member
ship and gallonage already secured
was sufficient to proceed with the
organization. '
Each delegates reported that Tery
little time had been given to secur
ing members, that the surface of
membership possibilities was barely
touched. So the future looks very
bright for the Garge co-op.
After this meeting was adjourned

ber of automobile accident fatalities
for July this yesr was three less than
for the same month last year, as
shown by the report from the motor
vehicle department today, although
the total for the first seven months
this year, 160, was considerably over
the same period In 1033, when 133
deaths were listed.
Twenty-three perpom met death
through some form of automobile ac
cident last month, while 303 were In
