Home From South
Miss Ruth Marie Luy, local danc
ing Instructor, returned to Medford
Friday from San Francisco and Los
Angeles, where she has been spend
ing the summer. For six weeks Miss
Luy attended the Fanchon Marco
school of dancing, where she received
her normal school certificate.
She spent two weeks In San Fran
cisco visiting friends before returning
to Medford. where she plans to re
open her studios In the near future.

The August business meeting of

the M. E. church. South, was held

and Mrs. Taylor. Mrs. N. D. Wood also
gave her report of the annual con

a most Inspiring gathering, causing

work with Increased earnestness

Mrs. Wood brought the honor roll
badge to the Medford auxiliary,
which they had gained by their years
work, one was re-elected district
secretary for thla district.
Plans for a covered dlsb supper at
the church were discussed and the
date was set for August 17.

at the Hollywood Studios theatre
