Charlea Bartholomew Oswald died
at the home of Mrs. Jsne Kent at
401 East 5th street early Thursday
morning from a stroke of paralysis.
Mr. Oswald waa born at Wurtumburg,
Germany, September 10, 1846, and
came to the United States at the
age of IS years. He had been a resi
dent of Jackson county for 41 years
and of the state 48 years, living on
his farm In the Antelope district for
41 years. He leaves two daughters and
three sons, Mrs. Lottie M. Savage.
