Saunders, vice president In charge of system freight traffic. Herman W. Klein comes to Oregon as general freight agent, with head quarters at Portland. Klein has been with the railroad's freight department for nearly 35 years. He succeeds W. W. Hsle, who advances to the position of general freight traffic manager of the South ern Pacific lines in Texas and Louisi ana, with offices In Houston. D. J. McOanney, now assistant to the vice-president, will succeed to Klein's position as general freight agent of the company's central dis Police Sgt.
