Time of completion of the loan la uncertain, Arnsplger aald, due to the great amount of detail Involved, and that It wai probable that Attorney Porter J. Notf would be aent to Wash ington, D. C, to speed It. Arnsplger aald Attorney Neff was well ac quainted with all detaila and that time, telegraphing and letter writing would be saved by sending him east to anewer questions, explain purposes and confusing points, and formally close the deal for the loan. The irrigation water situation In the district continues unchanged, and la coming out in accordance with the early forecasts of Arnsplger. Water is being delivered, to orchardlats and farmers, according to quotas, and it la expected the delivery of quotaa will be completed by August 18. Irrigation water is now being used heavily for the maturity of peara and alfalfa.
