(AP) Edgar Freed, Oregon compliance di rector for NRA, announced today that three Portland retail mercantile establishments, accused of violating NRA fair practloa provisions, have greed to abandon their erring ways and have returned to full NRA com pliance. A fourth firm that refused to com ply by the Wednesday deadline set by Freed, will be dealt with by the NRA compliance division at Wash ington, D. O., to which Freed haa has sent recommendation for sum mary action and possible blue eagle removal. Freed said the major violation In the case of the three retail stores was selling below cost.
